3D Depth Wallpaper Maker respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our application.

1. Information We Process & AI

We process media files, sensor logs, and settings parameters strictly on-device to build dynamic 3D wallpapers.

  • Photos and Media Selected images remain 100% local. They are processed entirely on your device to create custom depth layouts. We never upload photos to external servers.
  • On-Device AI Processing AI depth estimation (MiDaS model) runs locally. Images used to compute depth maps are not sent to our servers, and no cloud-based image analysis is performed.
  • Sensor Data Real-time Gyroscope and Accelerometer feeds are processed locally to create the parallax motion effects. This raw sensor stream is never stored or transmitted.
  • Wallpaper Configurations All customized parameters, preferences, and save files are stored locally in the App's secure private directory.
  • Online Wallpaper API & Connection Data When retrieving the latest wallpapers from our servers, the App makes online API calls. These connections process basic networking telemetry (such as IP address and request logs) transiently to load media files, in complete compliance with safe data practices.

2. Permissions We Request

The App requests specific Android permissions strictly to implement core wallpaper functionalities. We do not request unnecessary permissions.

  • Camera Permission (CAMERA) Required to capture custom photos directly inside the app to be transformed into 3D wallpapers. Captured images are processed locally and are never stored or sent externally.
  • Photos & Media Access Utilizes the secure system Photo Picker to select existing images. On modern Android versions, this process does not require full storage read/write permissions.
  • Wallpaper Setup (SET_WALLPAPER) Allows the App to apply, change, and set the generated 3D depth wallpapers to your home screen or lock screen.
  • Sensor Access Allows the App to read gyroscopic and accelerometer sensors to dynamically shift wallpaper coordinates based on how you tilt the device.

3. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services that collect diagnostic, performance, or advertising data independently according to their own policies. We do not sell your personal information or share your media files.

  • Google Play Services Enables core authentication, licensing checks, and package updates.
  • Google AdMob Delivers in-app advertisements. Uses anonymous advertising IDs to show relevant campaigns.
  • Firebase Services (Crashlytics/Analytics) If enabled, collects diagnostic data, application performance logs, and diagnostic telemetry to identify bugs.
  • Meta Audience Network (Facebook Ads) Delivers target-based advertisements. May collect information such as your device Advertising ID and interaction history to show personalized ads.
  • AppLovin (MAX SDK) Facilitates ad mediation and delivery of in-app ads. It may collect and process device IDs, locations, and app usage telemetry according to its privacy policy.

4. Your Rights & Retention

We respect your data control rights (including access, correction, deletion, and restriction). Since we process files locally on-device, your rights are fully within your direct control.

  • Data Retention Most app-generated content is saved locally on your storage volume. Diagnostics and crash reports sent to third parties are subject to their retention schedules.
  • Reset Settings You can reset consent choices (such as GDPR consent configurations) directly inside the App settings panel.
  • Local Deletion You can clear all app preferences, saved wallpapers, and cached files at any time via Android system settings -> Apps -> 3D Depth Wallpaper Maker -> Clear Cache & Storage.

5. Children & Security

We prioritize information security and take active measures to secure all processed data layers.

  • Children's Privacy Protection The App is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if a minor has shared data so we can remove it.
  • On-Device Security Layers We implement local security protocols to protect generated wallpapers from unauthorized extraction.
  • Policy Modifications We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest updates will be posted directly to this URL page.
